These are minimum qualifications for applicants. Not all owners will have the same criteria. If you do not fulfill all these requirements, I do not recommend applying.
All applicants MUST:
Have at least 3x the rent as income. For example, $1000/mo rental tenants must net at least $3000/mo income.
Be willing to submit background and credit checks.
Have 2 personal references.
Have 2 years or more of verifiable employment or letter of intent, preferably same company / career.
Have verifiable rental history or mortgage payments, preferably 2+ years worth.
All applicants MUST NOT:
Have a credit score below 580. Above 600 is highly preferable.
Have animals (unless property is designated "pet friendly")
Have evictions within the last two (2) years.
Have active warrants.
