Welcome to this historic Carlisle, PA townhouse for rent in the heart of downtown. The 3,096sqft home is just a few blocks away from the weekly farmer's market and includes off street parking and a fenced yard. If you appreciate architecture, you'll love how well maintained this 1900 Victorian style house is with working pocket doors, bay windows, hardwood floors and historic woodwork throughout. You can't beat the location - just minutes from the US Army War College and within walking distance of so much our beautiful town has to offer. You're also near the fairgrounds where world renowned Car Shows are held and only a quick drive from I-81 and the PA Turnpike I-76.

The second floor front bedroom is set up with two twin XL beds that can be combined into a king bed (conversion kit included). The middle bedroom has a door to the front bedroom as well as the hallway, and it includes a removable trundle twin bed allowing tenants to personalize the configuration. The rear bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed, a dresser, a reading chair, and a bay window. This room is adjacent to the laundry room and has an entrance from the hall. The third floor bedroom is set up to be used however best suits you: a bedroom, an office, a sitting area, etc. All bedding is included. The back porch is a perfect area to relax and enjoy nature! You likely won't run out of storage space in the large basement. With four usable floors and plenty of character, this is a must see rental in downtown Carlisle, PA.
